Voltage in the house! Voltage is one of those projects; tantalising in theory, floating in and out of discussion for years without finding it’s way onto vinyl. But finally, like a cosmic force from the outer reaches we brace ourselves for the impact of the debut release “All Night”. Voltage is the union of house wizard Nile Delta (AKA Joel Dickson, who by the look of this video has spent a little too long in the studio and is due for a shave) and Bobby Boomerang (AKA Cut Copy’s own Dan Whitford). It’s available May 31 on Beatport.
So what’s news?… In Flagranti has remixed a track from a forthcoming cutters release, from the new but mysteriously familiar project titled Voltage. The remix got us excited, and obviously got them excited… in fact they got so excited that they made a video for it. It made me laugh, but I suspect I will cry tears of joy when it greets me on the dancefloor. Here it is. The vinyl & digital release for the Voltage EP is due in May.
